Purpose, Treatment of Personal Data, Means, Transfer and Changes of the Notice:

II. Purpose of the processing of personal data.

The purpose of processing the personal data that is intended to be collected is:

(i) analyze and verify the status of client files and other documentation

(ii) test analysis to the Client's automated system

(iii) review and verification of employee files including Client's training programs.

(iv) other information and sensitive documentation in which there is a relationship or direct contact with the Holder himself to offer him products and services,

III. Options and means that the Controller offers to limit the use or disclosure of personal data.

In order to limit the use or disclosure of personal data, the Responsible Party safeguards said personal data under computer programs with limited access through the use of passwords with high security specifications, only to persons who, due to their functions, are empowered to do so.

With regard to physical documents that contain personal data, the person in charge safeguards them in locked files, to which only the personnel who are granted powers to do so due to their functions have access.

Both in the case of personal data contained in electronic media and in physical documents, the Responsible Party uses the same security measures as those applied to its own information.

Likewise, and where appropriate, the Responsible Party will sign confidentiality agreements with all its personnel, in which it is contemplated that the personal data to which it accesses in the exercise of its functions, is confidential information and therefore, in the event of disclosing said confidential information will be credited with the payment of damages, as well as the appropriate criminal sanctions.

IV. Means to exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition.

The Client may exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation or opposition by submitting a request in terms of article 29 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, at the address of the person in charge, by writing to the Coordinator Protection of Personal Data, person through whom the Client's request will be processed, at the latter's address, within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) days, extendable in terms of law, counted from the date of receipt of the request, the decision adopted, for all legal purposes that may arise.

The revocation of consent may be carried out in the same terms of the previous paragraph, through the respective cancellation request.

V. Transfer of personal data.

The Responsible informs the Client by means of this notice that he may NOT transfer personal data to national or foreign third parties except when the information or documentation of the Client is requested by competent authorities.

In all cases, the Responsible Party will inform third parties of the content of this privacy notice whenever requested.

SAW. Changes to the privacy notice.

In the event that the Responsible requires modifying the content of this privacy notice, it will inform the Owner in order to obtain their consent regarding the new processing of their personal data.
